–         native German OR Spanish OR Italian 

–         And fluent in Englishand one other European language

Job description:

• Manage credit collections portfolio
• Analyse and judge Credit Control position of debtors and discuss payment behavior
• Responsible for dunning and follow up on payment plans anddisputes
• Ensure that payments are allocated to the correct accounts
• Determine credit worthiness of the customer
• Support and advise in the area of Credit Management
• Notice risks and non-conformities in the credit management process and initiate and coordinate corrective actions
• Initiate process improvements
• Ad hoc support and/or participation in various projects upon request of the Manager

Requirements:

• You are a (near) native German, Italian or Spanish speaker, fluent in English and one other European language
• Bachelor in Finance or Economics (any other degree would need to be supported by significant experience)
• Knowledge of and 3 years experience in the field of CreditManagement
• Preferrably knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of local payment methods, payment terms and banking systems
• Proven experience in international collections by phone
• Use of formal, effective and clear messages
• Willing to travel
