Our client is a large multinational within medical equipment. The company is expanding in the Netherlands and therefore we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist

Amsterdam – € 2.500 – € 2.900 – International and dynamic company

Job description

– Perform first tier support for repair of products as required
– Inspect and replace defective equipment
– Provide telephone support
– Prepare detailed reports for each service request in Oracle
– Provide support to demonstration, education and marketing equipment

Requirements

– Circa three to five years of technical support experience, preferably in an international setting;
– Fluent in French, Spanish and English
– Having experience with electro mechanical devices is a plus
– Having a sound electronic and electro-mechanical aptitude coupled with the ability to troubleshoot and
repair equipment when needed
– Having a sound knowledge of computers and applications, including MS Office and preferably Oracle
